They are cool looking lights. I'm looking for some as I wouldn't mind a light bar and want LEDs. Are there any similar to this that are still strong?

I suppose on the bright side, its not being ragged around mcdonalds car park. covered in glue and ram raided through Halfords. Its a fine example that will always be kept in the manner its been accustomed too.....

Thank you. The photos do it justice. It wasn't as nice as the photos suggest but still not bad for 1955.

I sold it through lack of use. The mileage per year was getting less and less. When I sold it I'd already got six projects/challenges.........

1=. Wife and 3 year old (at the time) daughter.

5. Work
6. The Series 1

It was difficult to give it any time and the money it generated was very useful.

I was sold with a HG failure and no MOT. The buyer from somewhere just South of the Scottish border paid for my mechanic to fix the HG, service and MOT it. The buyer flew to Southampton one Saturday in December 2010, filled it with masses of spares and drove back, taking it in turns with his son in a 16 hour journey. It neved missed a beat.

I miss it but don't regret selling it.

A variety of purchases followed in December 2010.

Terrafirma springs powder coated red and +5" shocks. Shock boots changed to red later on. Turrets changed to silver.

Heated front screen - still not wired up!: mad:

X-Eng X-Deflex. Great but no photos.

JE Engineering Stage 2 Tune (Bloody expensive). Chipped and gas flowed intercooler. Big difference to performance. The intercooler has since been removed to make way for full width Allisport and the Chipped ECU is redundant as my new TGV has a mechanical fuel pump.
