My money is on them working for your credit card company and them draining the oil out of it so you are forced to buy a new one and pay them more money in interest.

Without a thorough check of the vehicle, including fluid levels, hard to say what's going on here. That said, I'm with McMafia/GRU involvement, but it's a hunch.
