ATF II vs ATF AQM vs MTF95

i've been reading various things all evening, but can't find the answer, so just going to ask!

R380 recommended oil is MTF95, but previously they said ATF?

In the garage I have ATF AQM Mineral and also Peregrine ATF II. are these the same thing? To save cost of buying more, can I use these in my R380 or is it really best to ditch these and buy MTF95?

The difflock syn gearbox oil is simply superb in the 380.
