I have never owned a landrover, or for that matter any 4x4. Over the last year I have had a burning desire to own some kind of 4x4 in particular a landrover. Unfortunalty my supposedly better half didn't agree. So for the last year I have only dream t of owning one. Until something fantastic happened, the mrs found the house of our (her) dreams IN THE COUNTRY!!!
yep thats right we have to cross a ford and drive a treacherous ( in winter) 2 mile track to reach the house. Hallelujah!
So to cut a long story....
just bough myself a mint 04 disco 2 landmark. so as you can guess I'm a happy chappy. I am now on the road to mild modification, starting with swapping crappy 18s for some 16 zu alloys and appropriate rubber.
I'm also looking forward to contributing to the forum.
so that's a bit about me the latest recruit.
Oh and i live in the good old north east of england.
