Asking for help to identify the part on photo

Guys, can someone suggest what is the name (or part number) of the part with the yellow ribbon on the photo? I searched in the workshop manual without result. Hope it's not the ABS modulator, as mine is a TD5 and without an ABS. Thank You!!

Looks like a brake compensator, or a pressure differentiator for the front and rear brakes.

Not 100% on that, see if someone confirms, or otherwise.

Thank You, Turboman! That 'differentiator for the front and rear brakes' part is what my mechanic said in Russian. I'm having trouble identifying this part for 2 days already. This is the continuation of that failed MOT situation

If anyone knows the name or the part number, I'd be really thankful
