Same here. There was no appetite for selling direct.
My gen 2 springs have a thinner wall than the Dunlops but looks tougher rubber. Apparently the gen 3 is thicker and gives a harder ride but is aimed at the serious off-roader where articulation and durability are key.
Plus 1 to that.Fitting gen 3 on a car without other mods is a waste of time and money.
Why, what is your rational?Fitting gen 3 on a car without other mods is a waste of time and money.
On a slightly different note. One big thing I have noticed since changing to coil springs, is how much better the p38 handles. Despite being 30mm lifted, it is far less wallowy compared to the EAS. Ride quality doesn't seem diminished either. I know the CoG is higher in an emergency situation and of course it doesn't go up and down anymore. I suspect Gen 3 Arnotts on an otherwise stock p38 would be a MASSIVE improvement on road and off.Same here. There was no appetite for selling direct.

I would also like to know what mods you consider would make it worthwhile. Why, what is your rational?

Nothing wallowy about either of my P38's one on Dunlops the other on Arnott Gen II's. The Dunlops feel a little firmer than the Arnotts. On a slightly different note. Amen to that.If you had a P38 on air that wallowed you had knackered or the wrong shocks fitted. Air suspension is an whole different level better than coils.
Sounds right. And the change to coils meant new shocks too. Which fixed the problem
I'm with you on that, IMO the EAS is the best thing about the P38 and it's reliable if maintained.Nothing right about converting to coils IMHO.
Totally agree my P38 is a far comfier and smoother ride than what my Disco 300 tdi ever was. Wouldn't swap for the world or even less floodingIf you had a P38 on air that wallowed you had knackered or the wrong shocks fitted. Air suspension is an whole different level better than coils.
