P38A Ariel amplifier

The quarter light aerial does the radio and the FOB, normally there are 2 black boxes, the FOB receiver and the radio aerial amplifier, you seem to have a red box that I do not recognise instead of the normal aerial amp.

Well I have just brought one of these to see if that makes a difference is this the type you are talking about.

Yes, that is the type fitted to both my P38's.

Well it turned up but the ariel connection is not the same mine as this is screw in and mine is a push fit, on top of that I have only 1 power lead but there is no window connection for it, that's why the red 1 is the one that's fitted.
