whilst wellying it water comes out the heater matrix hose but not whilst idling. whist idling it comes out the bleed screw though. and ****es everywhere whilst reving high

i know its a long shot but on my old 2a the hose that fed off to the heater had collapsed in on itself even though it looked ok from the outside.
The knacker who had put the hose on in the first place at some stage in its life had pushed it on sliceing & turning the hose in on itself might be worth a look i put a new hose on properly hey presto heat in the cab and not bad for a 2a

ok. Iv replaced the top hose with the blled hole on it. Its better but not fixed. i recorded a video to show what my problem is. (dont laugh ;)) The expansion tank now pressurizes when hot.

After recording the video i found that water out off the metal hose that connects to the rubber one. but the rubber hose isnt filling up. engine running the hose fills with air.

Problem solved! Turns out it was my water pump. The impeller blades were corroded so that there wasn't enough pressure to pump to the heater matrix but enough to pump through the block. Hence why it wasn't over heating!

Cheers for the help...
