Series 3 Are these springs OK?

Good pic, I can now see the springs are as they should be. You could go for the basic fix as others have suggested. If so I would jack up the body so the axle hangs down and the leaves open up some. Give them a bit of a whacking with a lump hammer to release some rust and then spray with oil/spray grease. Worked well to free up my 3's rear springs.

Thanks - sorry for the delay, I didn't see the post notification for some reason...

I'll have a look at the vid, looks helpful.

The poor old Landy's always at the back of the queue, so many other things to do all the time, at least it's been in the dry all this time or it probably would have rusted away by now. Not done much, decided to leave the rear springs for now, whacked the fronts around a bit as suggested but not much to show for it. Will get it moving and see how it handles, then see what else might make a difference.
