Are military 110's lifted as standard?

Hi alk,
I Have a 1985 110 with Salisbury axle, how can I tell if it's lifted? Did all miltary get lifted as standard?

IIRC they all have 'heavy duty' suspension, not a lift as such just not as saggy as an overloaded civvy model.
