Nope I stuck to the tracks that I'm pressuming a defender made, but according to my mate it saves going all the way round the road
You are joking??? You fookin prize pillock!
I suggest you are waiting for the farmer when he gets up, grovel at his feet and tell him what a complete and utter **** you've been
Oh dear, the farmer is going to be ****ed, how far in the field are you?Nope I stuck to the tracks that I'm pressuming a defender made, but according to my mate it saves going all the way round the road
Well I sort of hoping some one pops up on here saying I live 5 mins away and have a winch in the next 4 hours
I'd give up that idea if I were you.
Don't think too many folks on here are going to go trespassing in the middle of the night for someone they've never met.
There are lots and lots of good people on here unfortunatley if some one was to drive their landy in to the field to recover you they not only risk getting stuck them selves they also risk the wrath of the farmer if he catches them.Yeah tell me about it, you never kno tho. I had some one fix my bike for me once at the side of the road in the middle of the night, thers some good people out ther, so im willing to try my luck

farmers dont take kindly to people driving across their land especially at night as most crimes against farms are done at night with the criminals using 4x4 and quads, and causing damage to crops.
us landy owners get plenty of bad press from people who drive their 4x4 where ever they like across private land with total disregard for anyone else, so coming to pull some one out of such a situation kind of puts them in the same light as the person they are helping so lessens the chance they would want to help.
As said earlier go with cap in hand to the farmer, tell him you where out shagging a bird and got los turning round in his field and got stuck, say you couldnt reverse so continued forward in an attempt to turn arround.
Best of luck
If it was round here the farmer would get it out, with his bale spike, and you probably wouldnt see it againhope farmer find ya and call the bill for trespass, damage to field, lose of crop damage, and repair of field. Was probably a hay field. If I was the farmer you would hang in front of the judge. You are the reason 4x4 drivers get a bad name because of cocks like you.
PS. If I was the farmer a gallon of petrol and a match problem solved

The stupid sod isn't online anymore. That's why I suggested finding the farmer before he finds it. Dunno what everyone else thinks but feels way to risky to try a sneaky night-time recovery.
Even an on foot recovery would get everyone involved a bollocking at best, an extremely tricky conversation with plod would be on the cards.
Having said that I'd still help the stupid sod if it's done right
