So iv noticed a wet spot on my matts under the pedal and I was thinking it's just water from the rain....but today after looking closely it looks and feels greesy and I'm clutch fluid was low....I though got to be the slave...but after looking through posts on " search bar " the slave is nowhere near the pedal lol here's 3 pics of up behind the pedal it a 1991 200tdi defender

Whole new system is easier to bleed than with a rusty old slave. It would be a pain with new master and slave goes soon after.
 
As the man says do it all at once other wise sometime soon another part will fail, get a quality master and salve as the cheap ones are pants.
Ok I was opting for the £5 allmakes one not the £18 delphi ones lol
 
Dont buy heap parts, OEM are not expensive, also dont be fooled into thinking a new master means the slave will fail, it wont. Just buy a quality master and fit it.
