Afternoon all,
Hope everyone is well...
On saturday I will be finally part fo the LR family, I am picking up a Defender 90 pick up... one of the old ones pre 90's, its already been build with off road in mind/some towing and general larking around.
I have been after a defender for years and now I had enough money to buy one! (just) so progress will be slow but I am looking forward to the joys of ownership. I am quite handy with the tools so will be doing most if not all the work myself.
Photos will be avaiable at a later date, I have already purchased some or the start of the security journey (which I wont post on a public forum) but once I can afford i will be adding more the removeable wheel and giant orange ball is top of the xmas list as that seems better then a disclok which ive heardbad reviews on. I doubt mine will be sought after its not new its not pretty and boys in blue live next door haha.
So look forward to meeting over a brew or pestering the ones who know all, I am happy to help where i can.
Regards Tom.
