You said "both leds work" that's why i asked cos there's only one led on the fob and the fact that it reacts to the buttons doesnt mean 100% that it transmits too.... you can check the fob at any auto locksmith who has a frequency scanner for that

Sorry yes your right, I meant the led works off both buttons, will take a trip to Timpsons to get the fob tested.

Did you run the RF test with hawkeye ?

Yes came up with no signal received or something similar

Is your RF receiver with the earth wire in the connector or the one with eyelet via fixing ?

It has 2 wires going to it, has a metal plate in the bolt hole so I’m assuming that will be the earth
