I'm sure you can find some welding that needs doing Other the witterling over two frikin holes in your bumper !![]()
Yeah I read that somewhere but I've no idea how they wire up or plumb in as the bits are missing.LINKY

No ideais the bumper from another vehicle that had them fitted previously.
So what's the solution?
The only bit that works is the front screen, rear screen is on a separate switch which is faulty...got one coming from eBay.Fit replacement high pressure jets and if needed the HP hose back to the washer bottle, at the rear of the washer you'll find the HP pump along with front and rear pumps.
It's all standard stuff. Simples.
I assume you have the existing factory fitted electrical side functioning correctly.
It the HP hose is disconnected at the washer bottle and if the pump is working u would loose a bit of fluid, when the washers are remove the normal procedure would be just to plug the hose somewhere near to where near by, So have look might find the black HP hose plus the one way valve with its inlet and two outlets, the hose runs up and along the near side inner wing to the washer bottle. The only bit that works is the front screen, rear screen is on a separate switch which is faulty...got one coming from eBay.
Wasn't sure if it was as simple as just connecting it to the washer bottle, cheers
Thanks. Going to be the weekend when I'm able to spend any time on it now as just found out my daughter's filming next week so I'm now playing roadie and logistics manager ( in other words, I'm driving and lugging the gear about)It the HP hose is disconnected at the washer bottle the if the pump is working u would loose a bit of fluid, when the washers are remove the normal procedure would be just to plug the hose somewhere near to where near by, So have look might find the black HP hose plus the one way valve with its inlet and two outlets, the hose runs up and along the near side inner wing to the washer bottle.

The washer bottle, (engine bay lhs firewall), on it's rear side would have had one small pump for windscreen washers, and one large pump with 1/2" pipe discharge to service the headlamp washers, both the Discos I have owned had them, so if the pump is still there you will need the jets for the bar and a bit of nylex garden hose to hook them up, switch and wiring should still be ok, pump may have seized though if not used for a long time.I've got holes in my bumper that I was informed are for headlight washer jets...How do these wire up in simple term please or can I just run a pipe from the windscreen washer jets with a T piece.
I'd rather have them there instead of holes
Cheers

This is what I have. Are you saying they've been removed and you now have two holes?
I have 4 holes, 2 either side
