an immobiliser bypass question

Cheers, a very informative link. the point i was trying to make was that IF all you needed to do was plug in a new one/bypass unit there would be no need to strip the dash, just unplug it and leave the old one where it is, simple i know but just trying to save some people some time. (sometimes the simplest things are the easiest to overlook), if on the other hand you HAD to get the unit out to solder it for example it would have to be a dash out/cut through the metal braket.
