Amber led light mounting?

First post on this site and need some help! Just bought a 2001 disco 2. Going to add some amber led lights on front grille and on rear.

Any recommendations as to how to mount on rear? Roof bar? Thought about making my own gutter mounter bar dont want them as high as a roof rail and dont really want to put a full roof rack on. Any ideas?
