I need to change the Denso ERG6999 alternator on my 2003 TD6 S2. The pump seals are knackered and it seems to be a waste of time to try and source these seals to replace then. This means I am looking for a new replacement alternator + pump.
At the moment ALM Electrical Solutions are coming up with a new, manufactured in UK by Rolling Components, ERG6999 equivalent, at £133 all in, complete with 12 months warrantee. I am advised that Rolling Components are the same alternators as supplier under the Bearmach label too.
The question is does anyone know anything about Rolling Components and has anyone use this alternator on their S2 before.
Many thanks
Steve

It's ERR6999 ;)

Just make sure that at that price it has the vacuum pump too cos there are cases when remanufactured alternators are coming without pump

As long as they sold 70 and the feedback is 100% positive i think it's OK
Yes they have sold 70, but the ratings are more for the suppliers (ALM Electrical Solutions) performance at delivery of all their items in stock, not the quality of the Rolling Components ERR6999 alternator they sell. I am just trying to make contact with someone who has fitted this specific after market component to see what their opinion was.
