I made my own cos the template I was supplied was a) Crap and b) made from thick cardboard and didn't bend.

The seal was 9mm thick so I went and purchased a piece of timber from Wickes that was 8mm thick, put masking tape in the roof, taped the glass into position and drew around it with the 8mm spacer then cut out the hole with an air saw which has got a small 1mm thick blade, de-burred it with a half moon file and then fitted it

Thats great thanks i will keep this saved till they arrive, whats the measurement from the back of the hard top to the glass and from the gutter to the glass,if i have this and then cut round the glass leaving room for the seal.

I was told 25mm up from the gutter and 255mm from the back for a 90 or 1010mm for a 110 but that's only critical if you're going to fit a headlining, I made my own..

Hope this helps, oh and when you fit them stick something soft in the back cos I dropped mine window through the gap when I was fitting it but fortunately it landed in the tub, lucky escape.
