Hi
I've just got a 2nd hand Allisport Intercooler, I can't find any fitting instructions.
Either side is a mount bracket with an alloy peg, it looks like this peg should go into the small hole but the peg is too big, I can drill it out but want to check that's what has to be done.
Also, I can't see how the side plastics that go between the head light and the rad/cooler fit with the new IC, are these suposed to be left off?

Finally got around to fitting it, the car needed a few mods to get it done:

> Expand the lower side mount holes from 5mm to 10mm for the mount pins.
> Trim back a small piece on the N/S rad mount so the IC pipe didn't push against it.
> Trim back plastic in the front grill so it would clear to top corners of the Iintercooler.

Seems to run a bit smoother now and feels a bit more responsive in the HP range.
The 90 deg rubber Intercooler exit pipe is now stone cold after a long drive so it's working nicely.

Now needs a good tune to take advantage of the cooler air entering the intake.
