So there seems to be some hate right now for the air
So when you fit springs you will need dampeners(shocks never seen a conversion) no? Some wiring to stop the continuous bleeping?
We have never failed on leaky dampeners for years
bonus.
We have towed heavy trailers and never worried about my lights blinding others, in fact I once took off a trailer and the back was way up high
started her and she sorted out here life
.
We can up the ground clearance when we come onto our drive without chipping away at the curb stones.
We have the choice to go a little lower/higher to make it a bit better for the given terrain.
There is even a “get out of jail free card” that will lift it even higher in given circumstances (never used or felt it so).
I am sure I have left loads of the luxuries out but the ride is just so much better
If the system is not kept up/understood then you have a lot of problems. Electronic side of the system has never had any replacement on ours, and I believe is rare.
If you buy the vehicle that way
if you are the 1 actually converting
Oh and I do have a springy defender too so don’t say I don’t know both sides of the coin
If you have springs and like them fine, but I would never recommend a conversion over a fix
My opinion.
