Im having trouble with getting air in my fuel lines with my 300tdi I replaced the fuel pump, lift pump, all of the fuel lines, put in different fuel filter in (clear in line) and I bypassed the sedimenter but im still getting air in the lines, its small fizzy bubbles.

have you checked pipes on sender unit
Its a new sender unit so the pipes are good

could still be lift pump if all other areas are good up to the lift pump its all under suction
