Aftermarket Subwoofer Installation

Hi All,

I'm having a bit of trouble running the power lead for my subwoofer from the battery to the boot.

Does anyone know of a way to get the wire from under the bonnet in to the cabin?

I managed to do this easily on my mondeo, golf and megane but it's proving to be quite a task on my new Freelander!!

I have run my power cable from the battery positive through the rubber grommet on the bulkhead battery side. I simply made a small cut with a stanley knife and then taped my power lead (1cm thick) to a wire coat hanger. I then fed the wire coat hanger through the grommet and pulled it as it 'hung' behind the glovebox.

Its real easy to unclip the carpet trim and hide all the way to the boot.
