I bought a 90 from them a couple if months ago. They offered to service it, do a come of jobs and an MOT if I paid the full price, which I did. They then did only the work for the MOT, washed it, and forgot to send the V5 to Swansea. I should be singing their praises, as it's a good wagon, and they put on a set of new tyres, but their poor customer service (and costing me and extra unnecessary £25 for the new V5) means that I'm with everybody else on this thread. I guess they've never heard of the old sales maxim - if you're happy, you tell a few people, but if you're unhappy, you tell everybody.
If they weren't selling a product that sells itself, they'd be toast.
