Advice needed

Evening all.
I've a question I'm hoping someone can help me with. I'm now the very proud owner of another disco2 and have been tinkering with her to make her what I need.
I'm now the owner of a front winch bumper and steering guard and was wondering what Spring/ suspension is required to ensure I've not overloaded at the front.
On rear springs and if I'm honest I don't want to lift it as the money is running away with it.

The original springs are colour coded, so depending on what was fitted, you can make the appropriate choice from the table below:
