Advice for D1/D2

Hi just wondering what parts are interchangeable between the D1 and D2.
I've seen someone use d1 springs on a d2 and few other bits
Are things like front turrets the same. Shocks the same?
I had a D1 a few years ago and modded it and looking at the D2 I've recently purchased most look the same at first glance but I haven't exactly jacked it up and had a proper look yet.

Very little is functionally interchangeable.
Suspension springs are physically interchangeable, BUT the big weight increase of the D2 means the ride height would be very low

What about things like bumpers or winch bumpers and rear HD bumpers.

Gorilla tape also fits both sunroofs

Just buy loads of D1 parts an see if they fit if not I'll buy em off ye cheap.
