Wouldn't touch Adrian flux again with a barge pole.
I used to swear by them and used to recommend them on here (sorry!) but I once had to cancel my policy about 6 months in due to selling my Landy and I didn't get a single penny refunded to me despite not making any claims with them! Reality is that they're just a broker. Complaints often get you nowhere with them because they're limited by the insurance companies they actually deal with. Which begs the question - why would you knowingly deal with a middleman?
They also have **** poor opening hours making it difficult to contact them if you have a 9-5:30 job. Yeah sure, they're open on Saturday's but that's not much help if you need to talk to them on a Tuesday after work, is it?
Adrian Flux may have served a genuine purpose back in the day before the likes of gocompare.com & confused.com. Now there isn't really a place or need for insurance brokers like them and I don't know why they still exist. They should do everyone a favour and just close their doors. Until then, stay clear.
