adjustable tow bar

I am in need of a tow bracket for the 90 (1995). Who on here uses the DB adjustable one and how low do they go? do they manage to get low enough for a caravan 350 / 400mm ball height if so which variants are they in terms of the length of the plate. The standard one for the defender is little use as its way too high. I was looking at the 2 pin version has anyone got this and does it rattle any less than a 1 pin version.

I have a DB adjustable on my 110. Its on HD springs so sits a little higher than normal.
I have a 2 pin bracket (it rattles just the same) with a drop plate on it to get 2 inches lower for a car transporter trailer.
I use the same bracket for an Ifor GD84 but use the next set of holes up when fitting to the landy.

Thanks for the reply. How far does the tow bar come down measuring from the bottom of the crossmember. how high is your tow ball with the drop plate on?
