Adding a radio to a 03 TD5

I have just brought my first ever land rover a 03 Defender 90 TD5. It is a base model and has no radio so i was wondering what i need to add one cables/panels/etc

If it has no wires as standard you will be needing something like this to get started

I'm pretty sure even the base models had a radio cassette player - that's what my 03 defender had, meaning all the wiring is there.

Recently changed it, and just plugged in a Halfords harness adaptor and plugged in the new stereo.
