welocme and good luck but i'm affraid that if these rudimentary methods dont have success the only way to diagnose this is with a dedicated tester
 
Nanocom is the best and has full coverage for all the systems but it can miss fault codes on ACE though it reads correct live data and that's OK to diagnose it with relay bridged. If you want something cheaper but quite comprehensive i can recommend Foxwell NT520.... not 530

I checked the resistance of the two DCVs and it came 2.4 and 2.6 (Front). I checked the orange connector and one of the wires was a little bit sticking out but not loose (pic). The most strange thing that i found was the loose front actuator. I am not sure how it is suppose to be but i really don't remember it that loose (film)

Now that's interesting. As i think you know, I have a 520 and am very happy with it.
What is wrong with the 530?

You should make sure that the purple wire which is loose makes good contact in the plug cos that's the supply for the PCV and it can be a good reason for the red warning.... for the actuator you need to replace the bush cos it's fubar but it has nothing to do with the warning

I tried to push the purple wire further inside but it continued to jump out. Is there any other way to reconnect the wire? Do i need any special tool for that?
 
Thanks, i probably will go to electrician...
One last thing... is it possible that the bush i need to replace for the shaky actuator is this one?

I'm not sure about the bush just from the pic, seems very similar, google out RBX101740, what's certain is that your's is fubar

You are right, this part is rbx101740 indeed. I think that this is the fubar part at my car. Hope i am right
 
That's irrelevant cos you have to make sure it makes good contact with the other side with the connector plugged. Insert needles in the purple wire boths sides of the connector and measure resistance across them, it should be 0
 
The resistance is 0 around the conector through the purple wire. I will go to check with a computer. About the bush rbx101740, can i replace it by myself with ordinary tools or i will need special tools for that?

I feel that i owe you an update....
I replaced the washers of the front actuator that were leaked. First it didn't seems to help, the minute i took a turn at certain speed the light turned on.
Today i finally drove to the mechanic very slowly at the turns trying to keep the light off. When i got there everything was o.k. the problem disappeared. The computer wrote something about reduced pressure and the mechanic told me it might be an air in the system that solved during the drive. He errace the fault and send me home.
Hope everything will be o.k and thankful again for everything
