Not sure if this is the right place to post but if not feel free to move: -

I have a 2007 Landrover Freelander 2.

What I am trying to find is the location of a Accessory Wire or Wire that only comes on with the ignition in the area of the front seat underneath. I have taken out the gearstick gator and found wiring under there but am not sure if any of these are an accessory wire. Would strip and test individually but do not really want to do this. I did see a Blue Plug with around 12 wires and therfe was 2 wires on there which are live, when turn ignition off they are still live. One is Red and the other is Brown. When I disconnect this plug it turns of the display. I tried waiting a short period to see if either of them 2 wires go dead but appeared not.

The reason I need an accessory wire is because I have put in a dvd underneath the seat and piggy backed of the wiring to the Sat Nav Player which appears constant live only. My battery goes dead frequently and would like to wire the DVD up to an accessory wire when the ignition turns on, ideally within the stereo equipment wiring. Or nearest wire available. Any help would be appreciated and if the colour of the wire I am looking for is known, this would be ideal. Thanks.

I cant get to it without having to remove the whole centre console. This is why I was hoping there will be an accessible option. Your right though of course this is a switched live. Thanks.
