Hi all,

I am at the end of my teather with the discovery today. My fault is that the 3 amigo lights are on.

I have had her plugged in and was advised it was the shuttle valve, so replaced shuttle valve and still didn't work.

So back to the garage for a second plug in. Reading shuttle valve fault and rear right speed sensor so replaced both rear sensors and still not working.

I have today been back for a 3rd plug in and it's saying shuttle valve fault only. So I've taken it all apart again today to make sure I had done it correctly and rebuilt and still the issue persisted.

Any ideas on next steps please?

Thanks

Thanks Brian, wish I'd of watched this when replacing the shuttle valve. I had no idea those brake lines were so flexible! I would of saved myself at least 2hours lol.

Part way through doing the shuttle valve mod just need to pick myself up a soldering iron in the morning. So keeping my fingers crossed that this will work.

I'd agree with @sierrafery here, replacing the switch plate is often not the answer, even though the diagnostics point that way. The problem is often a defect on the connector inside the ABS modulator.
Here are a couple of websites which will help:-

I used this set of instructions when I first came across this fault and it does offer some useful tips on doing the job, particularly undoing to tow sets of clips holding the brake pipes and also easing them out of their mounting clips on the bulkhead before undoing the ABS modulator. Normally there's no need to undo the brake lines.
