Abs fault ( the lemon strikes again)

Unless the sensor is faulty ie resistance too high
Not measured them at the moment - both osf and nsf showing up as short to another sensor and nsf output too low.
Took the nsf one out, greased the sleeve and pushed it back in until it touched the reluctor ring.
Test drove it and abs and tc lights still on

Yes, though while I've not tested anything, you get the same behaviour and error code when a sensor is not connected or otherwise broken.
Well today I drove to work and both lights went off and stayed off on the return journey - go figure ??
But I blew the paper cone on one of my HK woofers yesterday - Pyle 6.5" 4ohm pair on order from Amazon :)

Sure @martyuk has fixed a couple of those ECUs. Cannot recall the fault given but might be worth searching his posts.
Yes he has the kit to remove and replace tiny surface mounted components - impossible to do otherwise - i've got an old faulty 4 wheel tc abs ecu that i opened up and looked at - no chance.
He replaces all 4 microchips for £95 a pop - downside is that he is hardly ever in the Uk because of his job, so kind of pointless asking him.

The actual cone!? Or the rubber rim? I replaced the rubber rings on mine

Haven't taken the boot trim off yet to have a look but it makes a weird electrical whine/buzzing noise when you turn the head unit on which I assume is the speaker coil energising and then it flutters when the volume is turned up

You'll have a hard time convincing a cone to kill itself, cone damage is usually from something else, kids fingers, something dropped on it.. damp, rodents etc
