Hi everyone!
I am a Year 12 Product Design student, and I am currently in the middle of my NEA, with which I decided to base my product around equipment and tool storage for Land Rovers... I needed to create a survey for my target users and thought this forum was the perfect place to start, so if any of you work in construction and/or farming, and use a Land Rover to transport your equipment around with you, it would be much appreciated if you could take a minute out of your day to answer my survey I have created to aid me in my final year of A Levels!

Thank you

Hello and welcome to the forum!
(You may wish to go to the introduce yourself part of the forum).
As for the rest, do remember many of use our Landies to transport stuff. Main reason I bought my Discoveries!
Quite a few go camping and overlanding.
A mate and I also used to use a Disco 1 commercial for Motor Sports Recovery and obviously we carried a load of tools around.
So if you need to be very specific about what exactly you need to know then don't be shy, be specific and I expect folks will post with their stuff maybe even with pics.
Best of Luck!

I got a P38 now but I’ve had 2 90s and can only choose one so gone with that. With 90s all loose stuff went behind the front seats and bigger items in back mainly used for towing/transporting across fields and things. Always carry my chain with shackles and things with me particularly when tree felling.

My Land Rover normally has a selection of sailing equipment, PAT testing equipment, occasionally a model railway and sometimes things like a fencing mallet ( 9inch diameter iron bound wooden head), and a dydle.

I was expecting the survey to ask about existing storage such as racking, cupboards etc. Seems a bit lightweight for a product design project but good luck with it anyway.
