well fook me got the a-frame off took ages coz its all rusted to fook, never been touched,
an now i can't get the ball joint out the bracket,
i got it in the vice filled it full of wd40 then heated it to a million degrees,
hit it with the biggest hammer i got heated it some more, hit it even fookin harder an then kept hittin it, hoping something would break,
an after a hour of beltin the fook out of it it's moved about 2mm on one side an won't budge the other,
just sprayed it with wd40 again an it's so hot it burst it to flames but still won't move:mad:

any idea's on how to get the bastid out or shall i just go to paddocks on monday an get a new bracket:eek:

thanx in advance:D

and usually it's good stuff, some times he gets some **** but he does tell you it's **** and sells it dirt cheap,
nice bloke,
oh! an it's cash only:rolleyes:

Sounds like a good place;) :D

£20 quid for a Draper torque wrench!!! Just got this one...
Halfords Professional Torque Wrench 40-200Nm from Halfords Price £49.99

It was a toss up between that or a tool chest, and after lookin' at their stuff, ah decided on that!
;) :D

that looks the biz, mine was 15 quid from argos, cheap an cheerful:D
halfrauds is good stuff but they don't half know how to charge:eek:
Only reason ah went for that one was because ah was warned against cheaper versions and it's got a lifetime guarantee (like that means owt! ) and the Halfrauds proffeshonal range is meant tae be ok;) :D

only got he shocks to do after this,
think i got everything for that, but then i thought i'd got everythin for a-frame:rolleyes:
oh! then i'll have a look at the swivel housing:eek:

If ye're buyin' a kit for the shocks, make sure ye've got the proper bushes for them. Them pics ah stuck up before of the bushes ah had left were no good for the shocks ah'd bought! Luckily enuff the new shocks came with new bushes. If ye're goin' for standard shocks, and ye need the ones ah've got, give me a shout and ye can have what's there... might be two wee bushes missin' tho'
