96 DI USA Model-Need UK Model Specs

I have a USA version Disco I, and I have a cousin in the UK to get parts for me. However there are some small differences in how the engines are numbered. For instance, here mine has a 4.0L V-8, but I'm not sure which it is by UK standards. 2.0, 3.9, ??? Certain sensors are named differently. We may both speak English, but it's not the same language. I'm not a complete muppet, but I know once I get the UK wording, I can get my parts at half of the cost they are here in the USA. Can anyone help me out?

I use Atlantic British for my parts here in the States. So you're saying that prices are twice as much as our cousins across the pond pay. Really??

1996 was a change over year for the NAS disco, a 4.0 litre disco was introduced with the Range Rover P38 GEMs engine although it still had the same displacement of the out going 3.9 litre of 3947cc.

@West Slope Rover... I would have responded earlier but I had a really busy day and the nice and sun-like temperatures in NE Texas today kind of wore me out. To answer your question, I've found quite a few items from the UK much cheaper than the US. And that includes shipping. I've had to return a few things because I didn't know the English counterpart to what things are called here. Let me dig around and get the websites for you. I found them by just going to google.co.uk and search through.
