i dont think a jack on a concrete block would pass health and safty standards
There is indeed a "stander of axles" under there!!is it only me that can see an axle stand behind the backplate ?

Taking the tank out is a good chance to check brake pipes and clear any c### that's gathered around the underfloor and chassis. Wipe round with an oily rag works wonders..No i see it, but should have one under the chassis. Maybe there is one but don't see it.
