Hi Gang..,
Suddenly my 91 Geo Tracker wouldn't start. The starter is OK and the
engine turns over.
Couple years ago my "car brain" died and the same thing happened. One
time the coil-wire came lose and that was the problem.., but this time it's
pretty dead sounding.
Tomorrow I'll do a compression test to see if the timing-belt may have
broken (does it have a belt, or a chain?)
If there isn't any spark through the coil-wire I assume it's the brain
again. What'da think?? Thanks..!!!

Checked today..., no compression mean new timing (belt)..., so there going
the weekend..., anything o watch out for?

Any oil on the outside of the timing cover? Have a crank and cam seal
handy if there is, as either one or the other tend to leak.

Allan.
