Has anyone else had this issue after filling up?

When I look under the car, the breather from the top of the tank terminates just above the chassis rail, near the suspension link. It has no check valve to stop fuel flowing out. Should it have one?

I filled up and the fuel spoffed out the end and onto the exhaust. Seems pretty serious to me.

Thanks

An update

Just spoken to the Dealer, and they say they have had the issue in the past. They said that their cure was to reroute the breather to a higher place. Makes sense as there is little height change from the top of the tank, to its mount. Disappointing however that LR are sending cars out with a potentialy serious design flaw.
