90 steering spline threads

Hi.

I went to change my steering wheel today and managed to get the nut undone on the end of the spline but after removing it, it looks like who ever had my 90 before me tried to remove the wheel and gave the threads a good bashing, so I can't get the nut back on.

Does anybody know what thread pitch and size the threads are so I can borrow a die from someone, it's a 1986 model so 36 spline I believe.
