What i'm thinking is that the system might be braking harder on the rear than the front. As it should he tuther way round I think he may have a problem. Anybody experienced owt like this?
how old is the system you say 90 which is quite old ....
it could probably do with a system flush and reset the pistons,its a common failure to lack of maintenance,the m/c could be shot,the front calipers could be shot the rear pistons may be corroded and not return properly,
also check the discs for severe wear,

It's kinda what I was thinking, it needs an overhaul.
It is an early fender so things will be in need of a fettle,
It's like asking how longs a piece of string.......
if it has rear discs i would be suprised if it hadnt had an axle change,i think the early 90s were rear drum braked.
