undo top nut/bolt , remove pivot clip ,slide out lever , 13mm spanner slacken lock nut ,wind pivot out a turn or 2 refit linkage and try ,nip top nut/bolt reasonably tight to reduce any slack, presumably its not going into diff lock with lever but will with a spanner

my job for tomoz is to check operation and try and adjust.

can see the adjustment on side of gearbox - the other screw adjustment seems to be impossible to get to.

all donedid.
disconnected the linkage.
wound switch bake in until i could feel resistance.
connected the electrical test circuit and it worked :).
adjusted switch so it switched light on and then another half turn.
locked switch.
removed difflock adjuster from side of gearbox and cleaned it and coppagreased it.
refitted difflock adjuster and wound it out a couple of turns.
refitted linkage without locking clips and tried it.
test circuit to check switch was operating
locked off adjuster
greased everything and refitted linkage and clips.
checked inside car - difflock light works -
jacked front wheel of ground and spun wheel.
pushed difflock lever to left.
wheel didnt spin -
moved difflock lever to right.
front wheel could be spun
