90 alarm problem - Interior light

Hi
I have a 2006 TD5 defender. Its just developed a problem with the interior lights that sets off the alarm
The interior lights intermittently turn on when im driving. This is no problem because i can turn them off. The problem is still happening in the background with the lights turned off so when i lock up the alarm goes off because it thinks the door is open.
Its not the door switches. Ive disconnected all 3 and the light problem is still there.
Any advise appreciated

Seems to be an intermittent grounding possibly a wire chaffed through rubbing somewhere it will probably entail tracing the wires and physically checking, (start with the easier parts to get to you may be lucky)

Does the alarm still activate with all the interior bulbs removed, if not its a quick fix until you find the fault.
