80s Ninety to TD5 Conversion

Mates going to fit a TD5 to is 80s Ninety. Just need a hand making a parts list!

So far -
Dressed 15p D2 td5 + R380 + conversion bits
15p NNN Defender ECU - deimobed
3 way Def pedal
Full Def wiring loom
Bosch 044 fuel pump
Def Td5 rad & IC + pipework
Fuel gauge + sender
Temp gauge
Speedo
Downpipe.

Anything else?

How does the low pressure TD5 pump side work using the bosch pump? or is it not required?

Still to be worked out fully but afaik not required. Pretty much a straight swap.

The 044 is generally whats used in td5 racers

Upgrade the front brakes to 110's and make sure suspension's in tip top condition

+ is he still keeping rear drums or converting to Disco rear axle with calipers?

Axles are already td5 spec.

Suspensions well +5, its a partial challange truck
