P38A 4.6 v8 Cutting out when warm

Hi, My 1998 P38 4.6 v8 keeps stalling/cutting out after iv'e driven it for a while, Basically from cold the car starts and drives normally but after about 5 miles after warming up a bit and i'm approaching a junction or roundabout it cuts out or stalls, Restarting isn't easy but starts with a bit of a misfire... then continues to keep cutting out every time i stop the vehicle. Am i looking at a new airflow meter or etc sensor or ???
Any thoughts please

As mentioned by Grrrrrrrr, first port of call crank sensor they normally start playing up as the engine gets hot.

Maf sensor. Mine had same symptoms few years back. New maf (5 minute job - with a cuppa), sorted.
