L322 4.4 V8 sounds like tappit noise

Hi all.
Started my 2005 4.4V8 petrol RR up the other day and could hear a slight tappit noise.
Varies its rate directly with engine revs.

Let it warm up on tickover and the tappit noise went away.
Took it for a drive all sweet and nice.

However, today I started it again and same noise, but not sure if its going away this time.
I turned it off and am here asking for some thoughts as what actions to take.

Help please?

Are you able to post a video of the noise? When did it last have an oil change?

Timing chain guides most likely with a nice dash of Vanos rattle as a nice addition.

Very common on the M62 I've rebuilt 3 of them due to bust guides
