4.0 V8 coolant pipe help

Hi All on my 4.0 thor inlet manifold there are 2 attached solid coolant pipes one thick bolted on (3 bolts) and a thinner one a push fit with small flange with 6mm bolt .......can any body assist with part number of the thinner of the 2 please.
