Laser sintered parts are usually stronger than items done on peoples home 3D printers. If you have a 3D file such as from solidworks or similar, you can send this to the people that do it and they will quote you. If it is just a one off it will be expensive compared to if you are asking for 10s or 100s of them.
The items are usually from Nylon which is quite strong and you can get them in their natural colour or with a black finish - but this is not a painted finish and the black varies.
