i have spacers on my 300tdi make for a better turning circle also seems to make more stable as wider track not sure if 30mm as think the work out slishtly over size as 65 mm wider across axle plan if remember correctly ??
will measure them up and add to posting if you want ??

I have a set that I've just taken off my 300tdi, (sold it) If you want them, pm me.
was going to put them on ebay, but if someone on here wants them, and I can help.
Also got some other bits 'n bobs you might be interested in.

Rick.

I have them fitted to the Disco, also large MT tyres. they give you some lock back. you will need to watch that the tyres don't stick out too far.

Im after some too!!

was looking at some pics, and are they mounted in this way:

the spacer is tighten to the hub using the existing studs on the hub and then there's new studs on the spacer, which the wheel goes?

if so, what nuts do you use to hold the spacer to the hub? and will the hub studs not stick out more than the spacer? will the wheel, therefore, sit flat on the spacer?

spacers come with correct nuts, i used thread lock on studs to keep them on tight

have measured up spacers ( had to wait for downpour to stop ) they are 32 mm thick so 64 mm wider track , also you get nuts with spacers just make sure you fit them right way round and tourqe correctly , can get small tubes of loctite stud-loc from motor factors quite cheaply , also wheels will stick out but still within legal limit

hope that helps you ??

yep, they are quite expensive... im getting if i can find cheap second hand.

would also be interesting to see a 90 with 265/75 and spacers to see how it looks

what kind of nuts are used to hold the spacer to the hub?

Ive seen different types of spacer and guess the ones with a lip, to hold the rim, are better?

I remember using spacers on my VW and when I fitted them it used to shake a lot, till I put spacers with a lip..

think they are called hub centric?

anyway, back to the nuts, what kind of nuts?
as the spacers im looking at dont come with the nuts to hold it to the hub, cheers!

dont know which ones your looking at mate as you can get some of the cheaper type that are like over sized wahers and even those come with extended studs ie you have a threaded unit which screw on to exiting studs and extend them ( not reaaly that good as over stress the studs due to length ) and then to have to make sure they seat correctly or will have wheel in balance also you need to keep checking the tourqe is correct as seem to keep coming loose due to streching of the studs

sorry if that is a bit long winded but inferoir quality comes CHEAP !!!
QUALITY costs a little more but is no doubt better and safer in long term
