hi guys, having a starting issue with 300tdi.
it hasnt had previous issues but then battery went flat, i have put a new battery on and now sometimes it start (not often) but mainly doesnt even crank.
i hear the solenoid engage but not turn over.
it will bump start down the hill and the imobiliser light isnt flashing so i dont think its that.
when it does turn over it doesnt turn over strong at all and barely turns as if the starter gear is very stiff.
i plan to override to immobilser when i get chance to remove it but is this likely my starter motor that is done for?
